cw999 Responsible Gaming
Keep the fun within limits — cw999 is always here to ensure you have a safe and healthy gaming environment.
What is responsible gambling and why does it matter?
Online gaming is primarily a form of entertainment. cw999 wants every player to enjoy that entertainment — but always within their own means and circumstances. Responsible gambling means staying aware of your budget, your time, and your state of mind, and seeking help when needed.
Gambling becomes problematic when it moves beyond entertainment and starts causing financial pressure or mental distress. As a safe platform, cw999 follows a number of tools and policies to protect players.
Remember: Gambling should never be seen as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. Play at cw999 for entertainment, and only spend what you can afford to lose.
cw999 is always transparent with players in Bangladesh. The minimum age to access our platform is 21 years — opening an account or playing games below this age is strictly prohibited. Age verification may be required. 21+
Our Protection Tools
cw999 makes these tools available at all times to keep players safe.
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A waiting period applies if you want to increase the limit.
Session Time-Out
Temporarily lock your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. You will not be able to log in during this time.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. Once activated, your account will remain permanently inactive for a specified period.
Loss Limits
Your play will automatically stop once you have lost a set amount. This reduces the risk of going over your budget.
Reality Reminders
After you have been playing for a set period of time, the system will send you a reminder. It will let you know how long your current session has been running.
