These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the cw999 platform and its users. By using our services through the cw999 website, mobile version, or any other medium, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

4.1 Deposit

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal request processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Before withdrawing, the wagering requirement for any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

cw999 is committed to preventing money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users at cw999 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 wagered, after which bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be used only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be activated at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• cw999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be cancelled.

All games and betting on cw999 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely impartial.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. These limits are subject to change.

6.2 Technical Errors

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be refunded.
• The actual server log shall be considered the final evidence in all disputes.
• cw999 is not liable for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets placed before a match begins take effect when the match starts. If a match is cancelled or the result changes, our sports betting rules will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cw999 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to play games or place bets.
• Bonus abuse, strategic bonus hunting, or coordinated account activity.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in a game.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the account being closed immediately, all balances being forfeited, and legal action being taken if necessary.

• Failure to provide the required verification documents.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact support. It is possible to withdraw the active balance before the account is closed, however any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be cancelled.
